Model 374 table
Paul K. Bridston, Kandya Ltd, Hayes. c. 1950.

Painted steel rod base and support, plywood and warerite laminate top, bent ply and painted beech drawer to underside.

Paul Bridston was house designer at Kandya, working alongside design consultant Frank Guille.

This is a wonderfully worn example of a not often seen though very pleasing peice of post-war British design. When used as a desk, more time is spent looking at and thinking about the 374 table, this is not to say it doesn't make a very nice desk.

Height: 71cm
Width: 121cm
